      Good old boys are alive and well at TVA

      Pros

      High salaries and bonus potential. Some people who care are still trying to do good work and serve their community.

      Cons

      TVA took a wrong turn. Terrible professional culture if you aren’t a white male who rubs elbows with the right people. It’s a brutal environment where skills, hard work, and education don’t matter. People get cut, demoted, or shuffled in round after round of reorgs or reductions in force while the c-suite promotes their fraternity bros. CEO Jeff Lyash was good but he left and Don squeezed in and he is making everything worse. DEI is non-existent anymore. They don’t care about doing the right thing by their people or community. Sad. Considering a job here? Run away as fast as you can.
