      Pros

      I’ve been here a little over a month and I like it. They really care about their people and the morale of the work environment. There are some new employees but the number of long time employees are great! So I don’t believe that there is a high turnover rate. The diversity of people from all around the world I think is so cool! It’s like our own world inside of tvh! I think its great!

      The people you work with are great, the job can be really rewarding

      The management culture is changing from the caring company it used to be to being a culture that pigeon holes people, demands too much and punishes you for going outside your job role to help a colleague.
