Poor management. No clear HR Policies, which is different people to people, project to project. Hardly any projects.

Pros

There are few good people who have empathy, so it's OK to manage there. But a good consultant can't survive there.

Cons

In terms of salary they cheat everyone, they will not pay the agreed salary, and tries to fill their pocket with others money. It's a sinking boat. Please do not believe them.
