Pros
i would say silence in the office most of the time. Friendly colleagues. Great for fresh grads to START but move on in 2 years.
Cons
No AWS no 13month all based on "Performance" bonus but it wont be even a months worth. OT will not be paid so work life balance is never there. Increment is never stable.
