      None! This company is pulling people from another competitor and the people coming in don't know anything!!! They yell at staff, treat support staff as lesser and don't do any work!

      Cons

      If you want to move up, hard work is not required. Not a place that values that.

      I can’t say enough good things about having worked at TYLin. The projects are challenging and my coworkers were committed to delivering exceptional quality.

      Benefits were just okay for a firm of that size.
