      Amazing vision and trajectory of the product. Great overall culture and values. Rapidly growing so opportunities abound.

      Cons

      Comes with the rapid growth. Work-life balance can be challenging with the pace that Tableau is moving. Sales organization is struggling a bit with how to scale effectively.

      Awesome work life balance. Lots of ways to have a large scoped impact. They put family first and their employees first.

      Lots of ambiguity on how to achieve your goals - you need to be self-driven and not require hand-holding

      Pros

      Tableau has a great technology and a great customer base. The reputation in the marketplace is one of success and transformation, which makes it a great company to represent to the marketplace. If you are in a technical or support position, it's great.

      Cons

      Compensation is low, the pressure is painfully high and the sales attainment rates are low. Management is growing the company and satisfying Wall Street, without any regard for the success of individual contributors. The sales teams with the best accounts and territories see great success, the rest suffer with unrealistic expectations and under-performance.
