Products are good. Benefits are great. Work life balance is great. Great place for a short term resume boost. Not a place that you can build a career.

I've been working at Tableau in Tokyo for almost 2 month now and it's been wonderful experience. When I changed the job from the previous company which was IBM, I was looking for the company where it has a amazing product, good market share and respectable people. And I found Tableau was definitely the right place to be at. I don't have to say that product is wonderful because it's well known that we invest 30% of our profit to research and development every year and we've been market leader for the long time. I continuously see each upgrades every month and customer loves it. We have a good market as well since data market is keep growing so fast. Lastly, the people. We have 8 wonderful company core value and everyone seems well understand and act accordingly. Everyone respect each other and we are very creative. That's all I love about Tableau. Ah, forgot to mention that Tableau office is also amazing. They apply same spec desk in every office, so I can even have very spacey own desk in tiny Tokyo! (Office is big, but just in general in crowded Tokyo.. ) Kitchen is nice facility too, we never feel hungry at office.
