Acts very Proffesional and team of honest people with good management. Gives you lot of freedom to chose your career options. Runs Center of Excellence for many technologies and management never hesitate to invest on your trainings/Infrastructure to improve your skills. Pays well and timely, has many policies helpful for employees. Understands employee needs/demands and ready to help within their limits.
Cons
Did not find anything major except when you compare to big companies,some processes could be slow(understandable with its size). Note to readers: Its about people prespective,everyone has to understand its difficult to get job in current market situation. Expectations are huge from clients and its our responsibility to improve our skills.Even after 10 years of experience there is something new in market that is mandatory to have to get your next job. I would say "Teachers help you learn, but don't write exams on your behalf".
