It's a call-center environment so sometimes it will be very busy with unrelenting calls or other tasks that you need to handle. The pay is okay but could be more competitive. There is a definite learning curve in the beginning and can sometimes feel like you're thrown in the deep end, but it gets better over time. And after about a year or two, the job can start feeling a bit repetitive or stagnant. But it's still a really good job and company!
