      The only perk I can think of is that the food was free

      Cons

      The management was horrible the store was always dirty they never kept it clean I remember finding mold on the fridges and the general manager saying it was normal they would give underage in school teenagers night shifts which was 8pm to 6am not caring for their well being or their school life
