      Pros

      The pay is great. Time flys. You can put 40 regular hours and 10 over time every week. Sick time. Vacation time. 401 K after a year of employment.

      Cons

      Long hours. Can't have set hours. Someone will always get sick and you responsible to find someone to replace them. Employees leave come and go way to often.

      Pros

      The company culture is amazing! Had the opportunity to work on some great projects that made a difference. Summer Fridays have been implemented throughout the year so you can leave early as long as your work has been completed.

      Cons

      Not enough training and getting you up to speed on brand, duties, responsibilities, etc... Literally thrown in the ocean so you sink or swim.
