Pros

The co workers, it's a very routine-like job. It's very easy, for the most part.

Cons

Rude customers, the bad smell soaked in your clothes after a long day, no breaks, lack of recognition at every store I've ever worked at.

Pros

Free manager meal, hours are abundant. Company has great leadership. Can make you fall in love with working with food service again.

Cons

Pay is bad. No work/life balance. Growth from Rgm is very competitive. Low labor allowance. Stressful days, even longer nights. Profit driven, but claims it is employee driven.
