      Pros

      Like any job, you get out of it what you put into it. An investment of time has great rewards.

      Cons

      Many things are different, and it depends on if you are corporate or franchise employed. Franchises don't always support the corporate method, but it sure would be a lot easier if they did.

      Tight knit. None none none.

      Cons

      Pay. Hours. People. Every body who works at taco bell knows everybody. Favoritism. A bunch of ratchets and drug heads. GMS stealing hours. Do yourself a favor and skip out on working for taco bell and go to college. Get a real job. I will never work fast food again.

      I would say the only pro is that it gives young kids experience to get a better job in the future.

      Cons

      Everyone did drugs, Very un-professional, unsanitary, food was discusting, managers didn't show up, employees treated customers like trash
