      Pros

      Great work place. The work is challenging enough but not overwhelmingly difficult. It can be fast paced and there is always something new to learn. The help desk desk is a great job for most students

      Cons

      The customers can be quite a challenge to deal with even though the customers are generally all part of the company. For the work done, the pay could be better

      Pros

      It is a very easy job. Very quick to catch on to. Definitely fast paced. The staff is most generally friendly.

      Cons

      Being around the same people all day, they tend to end up in relationships resulting in breaking policy. Working 40-50+hrs a week leaves no family time especially when you end up working 65-75+hrs in a single week.
