Pros

Flexible schedule, fun coworkers, work is easy, district manager is very professional and understanding.

Cons

Where to begin? Drama and immaturity amongst the higher management, doesn't hire competent people and doesn't teach them how to do things properly, the customers are allowed to walk allover the workers because we are told "customers yes!", we cannot defend ourselves from verbal or physical assaults without threats of write ups or termination. District manager is level headed and understanding though. Store manager is immature, on a power trip, "ices out people they don't like", blame shifts, does poor scheduling, guilt trips the coworkers, blatantly lies, "has cliques in the store", and uses intimidation techniques. Overall it feels like highschool, there's no worker recognition, no competitive pay, and I left feeling mentally exhausted and shunned/degraded as a human being.
