Pros

Free food $15.00 a day is pretty good compared to other restraunts. The raises they gave every 3 months I believe. The owners are caring people but have no idea what really goes on behind closed doors.

Cons

When going to HR is not actually confidential and are not there for us only the company. The managers gossiping amongst the co workers about other managers. Instead of looking out for each other and supporting they are trying to ruin each other or compete. Full time and seniority doesn't exist. Division is a problem. They don't give the people with seniority hours over new and part time employees. They use old expired food to save money or make you skip portions on items to save the store product. Alot of people didnt want to come forward to talk about issues due to retaliation or loss of job. When HR fails you then they all just feel hopeless to speak up.
