Pros
- Work around uni - Would be able to go home over uni breaks and come back after - The work itself was pretty easy - Some leads and managers were really nice and accommodating - Good enough job if you're just looking for some a few shifts and a bit of money while in school
Cons
- Working very late sometimes - Some leads and managers were not nice and pretty unreasonable - Lot's of rowdy drunks and rude uber drivers - No team culture - we didn't get any christmas parties but had to cover shifts for other branches when they had theirs - rota all over the place - Bad employee discount - same as student discount so no point in it really as most of us were students - The food allowance we'd get on our breaks wouldn't even cover the cost of most of the meals they sell
