Pros

Pay 23$ Schedule 4 days 10 hrs Good place to start IT career. You can get away with not being technical as long as you can follow instructions well. Gives opportunities to be innovated.

Cons

Repetitive task Limited in learning outside of what a LV1 analyst can do. It’s a numbers game calls need to be up ticket numbers need to be high. Everybody starts as contractor. Extremely Competitive to get hired on at Tacobell. No warnings when being fired. It’s not a stable job. It’s a revolving door high turn over.
