Pros

Working here helped me develop my tech skills somewhat, as I this was my first foray into the IT industry. However the cap on skill is pretty low due to the majority of troubleshooting being done on proprietary software that we can only touch on a superficial level. The office space was pretty nice when I worked here pre-covid. They allowed me a decent amount of PTO (though a lot of it was unpaid once I went over my allowance).

Cons

You get regularly scheduled one-on-one meetings with your supervisor, but what you get out of those vary on the quality of your supervisor. Day-to-day work being on the phones can be very stressful and will take a toll on you mentally. Combine that with the more micromanaging floor supervisors pushing you to minimize any and all downtime during calls. Training covers a lot of topics and does give insight into the systems, but the day to day troubleshooting is not covered and I had to learn this information from the people sitting around me. Overall, you could do a lot worse than this position for your first job in IT, or as a temporary job while you're in the job search. I would not suggest staying here for more than a year unless you have no desire to progress career wise.

Cons

Pay is intentionally hidden until you are hired. They paid me, as a manager, $12/hr and we would have to fight for a raise. Corporate purposefully kept us short staffed to make more money. We never had enough people. They made regular employees pay out of pocket for food with a 50% discount. Only managers got free meals. They do not understand work-life balance.
