Im a RGM for 3 years all ready dame store just want to be listen and try to get help in some questions

1. I love my job my crew is the best store ever not perfect but we are a team 2 live close here nice area. 3 no really a 3
Cons
1. I can't hire people because labor 2. For that reason I work as emploee and one emploeeys do twice his job 3.i been here for 3 years and no benefits( medical) totally ignoring my petitions 3 years as a RGM 7 regulars. 4. Deal with speed or customer satisfaction because I have to be short handle and always treat me like I'm not doing a good job. 5. They make you sing a contract about VOC about not cheating but at the same time they want VOC call anyway possible to grow. So they make you cheat and you will get fire if you cheat or no 6. I work two days of my vacation because nobody help me just employees and my managers AC didn't care I got no help from him 7. No equipment fix everything is broken just surviving. 8. Emploeeys never do their training (LZ) no labor for that so I do everybody learning zone even my managers
