      Pros

      It's a good place to work at if you're just starting out, people who work hard are given more hours, you get 50% off on meals you buy on work days, hours can be flexible.

      Cons

      Pay is very low since they overwork you, and it can be understaffed, which means sometimes you have to do 3 man jobs, management/other staff members would normally hang around somewhere during rush hours to avoid doing work.

      Pros

      Good Salary if you're experienced, decent benefits, 2 weeks paid vacation, and free meals. Get to meet a diverse set of people.

      Cons

      50 hour minimum work week. You will be working more than 50 hours if you want to make all the customer metrics that corporate sets upon you. Constant staff turnover. Nothing you can do about that because most people quit because they find better paying jobs. Most regular employees start at minimum wage. Constantly filling in for call offs and people quitting. Upper management always on your rear about meeting metrics.

      Pros

      It's good to work here if you can't find a job anywhere else or if you're a teenager. Work goes by fast and is fairly easy to pick up.

      Cons

      If you work night shifts, your sleeping schedule will get messed up. It can be fairly stressful if the store is running a skeleton crew. The smell of the store sticks to you, pretty basic of fast food jobs, though.
