Pros

Enjoyed working in a fast paced food service job, with opportunities to show your willingness to work hard and highlight your strengths. Work hard and show you could manage your time and others as well, and there was a fair amount of job security.

Cons

No encouragement or leadership encouraging personal growth, trained/worked towards manager title early on in working for Taco Bell. Waited to sit down for the training from my area coach for over a year, and took another 6 months after that to finish the process and get my title and manager uniform. Work/life balance was hard at times, along with dealing with many employees not showing up or calling out.

Higher pay than normal entry worker. Getting days off isn't too hard. Free food.
