Pros

You can get free food, freedom to make your own flexible schedule. You choose your days off and acquire vacation time every paycheck. They even let your family have free food. It can be a fun enviroment at times.

Cons

45 hours a week or more can be tiring sometimes but you are salary and have to be there to run the place. It can be very busy and stressful, the biggest thing is Core Audits and those can be stressful, if you get a green you get a lot more $$$.

Pros

Family like atmosphere, fast paced, and overall fun. The other team members will most likely become your friends outside of work as well. The food is great at my location. Very upbeat.

Cons

They will deduct hours from your checks, so always keep your hour slips for proof. The labor required is not worth minimum wage. The managers sometimes get out of control.
