Pros

If you are under 18 then this job can be a pretty good first job. You get to work after school a few hours a day and work environment is ok. Free or discounted food is a plus. If you are willing to work anytime and do a good job you could possibly get a raise or promotion.

Cons

If you are over 18 then I wouldn't recommend you work here unless you want to work extremely early (start at 5am for breakfast) or extremely late (Don't get off of work until 4 or 5 am). Since most people get duped/conned to working those hours on the promise of eventually getting mid day hours reserved for the general manager and under 18 crowd. Also it can be hard to get a request off due to people quitting because they had to work crazy early or late hours all the time.

Pros

Great Benefits, Great pay at all levels at least when I was in charge. Great place to establish a "work family".

Cons

Training is hit and miss... A lot of the time people are thrown into situations which they were not ready for... To unrealistic with expectations when it comes to metrics and defines satisfied guests.

Pros

Working at Taco Bell really depends on the store and the manager. I worked at 2 different stores and the experience was VERY different. I completely loved the first as if it was my second home. We were an excellent team. The manager was kind but strict. It is an excellent job for teenagers or for anyone needing experience.

Cons

The second store I was miserable at until the store got a new boss. The manager overworked the employees which eventually led to me having irreversible physical problems. The customers can be awesome or awful, doesn't matter where you are.
