Pros

Benefits are great and if you are part of the chosen few, life is good.

Cons

Leadership is horrible and getting worse. Went from "belief in people" leadership to "self-serving-at-any-cost" leadership.

Pros

Not all of the customers are bad. Its clean and they actually follow food standards. No drug testing. You can become a manager whether you should be or not.

Cons

Some of the managers are ignorant and play favorites. The employees are childish. You get stuck in the same spot everyday even tho they tell you it wont happen.

Pros

Great place to start. Great attention to service and quality. Note: this was a franchise and not all Taco Bell locations are owned by the same people. Experiences will be different depending on location.

Cons

If you are good and on salary, be expected to work a lot of hours. If you are good at your job, you will be rewarded with them pulling your talent that you hired and trained and giving them to the managers who don't do their jobs.
