Pros

All managers bonus that is a good thing. Most companies only store manager bonuses. Good training system if in use.

Cons

Employees undervalued by the company. People work their butt off going home smelling like ickk every day. Also always skimp on uniforms as if you dont get dirty.

Pros

You get the chance to change lives. Watching employees grow into management roles. Great starting position to grow into more advancement management roles.

Cons

Work and life balance needs adjusting. Be careful when choosing a certain franchisee to work for. Some are great while others over work and under pay you.

great managers great staff flexible hours had so many great memories working there. I love the perks of the job.

Cons

The pay could have been better. Cruddy customers but you get that everywhere you work in the service industry. I loved my year there.
