Pros

Smart people, Positive attitudes, fun environment.

Cons

Because it is a publicly traded company, some poor long term decisions are made to satisfy Wall Street in the short term.

Pros

flexible hours, decent pay for a high schooler. Promotions are regularly available. Super easy job and can be a fun environment!

Cons

work salaried managers like dogs. Set goals for bonuses, but most stores have no real chance of reachig those goals, as food cost controls, and payroll are diculous. Also one bad customer comment for lack of cheese can also kill any chance of bonus!

Pros

Good management and good at developing customer service and production skills. With laws going the way they are in Colorado and Washington now is a good time to work with Taco Bell or invest with them.

Cons

coworkers might miss shifts be prepared to be called in on off hours. Gotta invest time pay is ok for a teenage job customers can be rowdy esp on late night shifts.
