Pros

Astomphere can be either good or bad.Depending on the the stores current employees ability to work in sync with each other. Also the bond of being a strong team. Meaning the very best workers of the store. That group will be chosen most from the management team to work with side by side On a completely different note, ability to prove your worth and to be able to advance in this business is to just work hard. Come everyday or plan schedules out with managers and be willing to stay later, come in earlier and cover other shifts on your only day off doing the week would be big pluses. Come prepared and conduct yourself in a professional manner would be most likely noticed as a posed to others who hardly work. Long term committment with the company can most likely result in high management positions and promotions.

Cons

Pays always or mostly starts off as minimum. crew could be bad. and lost of time can be lost in this type of work with no chance of promotion.

Pros

My manager and coworkers were awesome though. The people you meet as coworkers are pretty cool usually, though I suppose that depends on the location. Keeps you busy.

Cons

Inconvenient scheduling, top-level managers tend to do nothing but squeeze the workers for every last drop of productivity and focus on idiotic management styles, instead of fostering loyal employees. Pay sucks, as to be expected.
