washing up is all manual sometimes poor communication with management leading to rota/shift complications unpaid 30 mins break only even when doing a double shift- can also be a pro if you need the money, but not if you are doing long hours food discount when not on shift quite low, 20% - i guess at least you get something no recognition of hardworking staff, not myself but I see a lot of others that really deserve something, but get nothing in return can progress to higher roles but can take long to be signed off for other people
