Pros

Gave me a strong sense of humility as a customer service and food service professional. Taco Bell hires its Shift Managers from within (sometimes), and therefore I was able to get management experience early in life.

Cons

High stress, high frustration, callous managers, training often takes the "throw 'em right in the deep end. He'll learn how to swim real' fast" approach, and I've found that to be very abrasive to new employees.

Pros

If you like taco bell, I guess its nice to be around it. I don't find many pros there. No employee discounts. You do receive free drinks while on the clock.

Cons

Work hard for minimum wage. You will not receive overtime or even be aloud to work full time. The AC/Heat never works. In the winter you will freeze and in the summer it is almost unbearable while near the grill.
