Too much work for mininum payment

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Flexible work times, you can make your own schedule, discount on products

Cons

Lots of physical work, especially cleaning, for minimum hour payment. Management was confusing, some colleagues just want to collaborate with their own friends. Shift leader thinks he is god and likes to play the boss around, treating people like tools. The uniform is incomplete, so you have to provide your own special shoes to work in the kitchen, for example. You have to take your training course outside work and it doesn't count as working hours.
