Pros

occasional free food, if you meet ICOS. Some of the people are fun to work with. You learn about new products before anyone else.

Cons

Managers run the place like its high school. It's hard to move up. The whole place is run like a popularity contest. It doesnt matter if you're good at your job as long as you suck up to the boss and tell on everyone else 24/7, you'll get more hours. Managers have zero regard for food saftey and only care about ICOS, even if it means serving spoiled food.
