Pros

If you work on the drive-thru, time flies by because you're always moving.

Cons

-If you don't speak Spanish, it's hard to communicate with a large half of the workers there -Always busy -Customers can be extremely aggravating and nasty -Long hours with low pay -Obvious manager favoritism -Managers don't really pay attention to the availability schedule you set -A lot of continuously breaking or not working machinery; ex. frozen drink machine, cash registers can go a little haywire -Constantly changing items on the menu -Generally hot in the kitchen, especially in the summer

Pros

-Better then average pay. The minimum wage here is 7.25, and I started higher. -Flexible hours -Next weeks schedule is given to you ahead of the end of the week.

Cons

-Management is far from understanding -Employee training is almost non-existent -Hours are not dependable -You are almost required to cut corners, if you follow procedure exactly, you "take too long". -Direct deposit is almost impossible to get set up. The pay card is horrible. You are charged for taking money out which makes ATM charges and their charge total at around $9.00 -Never get out at the time you are supposed to. -Time management by managers are sub par. -You are lucky to receive any break or food, generally favored employees receive one first.
