Pros

I met some really cool customers while working, which was a plus, I'm pretty easy to get along with so I ended up having a lot of chats with people late night in drive-thru while they waited for their food.

Cons

In the 11 months I was there at my tiny store, we went through an RGM, three AGM's, five Shift Managers, and about two dozen employees. The hours were abhorrent, I worked Friday Saturday and Sunday every week, starting at around 5pm, ending at around 6am, some times later. There was a huge divide between employees and management, my boss was constantly hounding us to work our butts off, but refused to reward those who put in the most effort, paying everyone the same meager wages.

Pros

It's rarely slow and crew members tend to be easy to get along with

Cons

Incredibly high turnover rate, management tends to be barely more experienced or responsible than the regular crew, tasks given are often incredibly tedious and menial, and, due to understaffing and the almost nonstop business, it's hard to get any work done efficiently
