Pros

For those starting in the workforce, a minimum wage job at TacoBell is perfect; easy to understand jobs and flexible schedules

Cons

During busy hours, it can get pretty hectic. Maintaining a level-head is important in times of stress.

Easy and Fun job

Pros

Great flexibility with hours, good for high school or college student, family like environment, endless amounts of food, and fairly nice managers.

Cons

upper management demands a lot but doesn't offer the resources, franchise taco bell's are run to uptight, too much micromanagement going on, no benefits or raises, employes are treated without respect and looked down upon by owners.
