Pros

-25% discount on all food -100% discount managers, and employees over a year -the work is strait forward and will take roughly 2 weeks to learn everything well -depending on the manager and GM, the workplace will be either pleasant or terrible, as for me 1 1/2 years working there in high school, one manager is amazing and makes work actually fun somehow, the other on the other hand makes everybody mad about everything and gets on everybody's nerves by being flat rude and demanding. -at my store we are constently pushed to "get the food out the window" yet the equipent we work with is always breaking (grills and blasters)

Cons

-always constently needs cleaning -the customers very on location, i live in a rural neighboor hood so alot of college students, old folks, and moms...some are rude, some are simple and nice. -scheduling is strait forward an depending on who makes the schedual and the amount of time you can work you can ask for day, mid, or night, but night shift is very rough, and closing can be a (female dog). -customers dont have respect for other customers, example is 2 people in a car in the drivethrew and they order a grande meal, 3 seperate combo meals, and 5 drinks, and a whole bag load of other food as if about to feed a family for thanksgiving, instead of going inside and ordering that huge order, they make the people behind them that want a simple meal deal 4 and thats it wait longer than they should, making the customer with the small meal mad by the time they get to the window. that also takes a toll on drive line (driv line is what makes food for the drive through, counter line is for lobby meals)

Pros

Low requirements for being hired. Free food. Indoor work environment. Co-workers can come from all walks of life, which always makes work interesting as the turnover rate for employees is very high.

Cons

Stressful. Constantly on your feet doing multiple things. You always have many more things to do than you have time for. Dealing with customers can get kind of agitating.
