Pros

Flexible scheduling, great coworkers, learn to work in a fast-tempo environment, good discounts

Cons

Rush hours can be hectic, scheduling to get full time hours is a little difficult, many people call out and your left to do everything shorthanded for the rest of the day, my store had no employee room or anything( pretty much had to spend your break in the lobby, which isn't bad, but can be pretty noisy).

Pros

Good discount's, some of the other employee's are easy to get along with, and the manager is willing to work around your personal schedule.

Cons

You have to multi-task, deal with difficult customer's, pick up after the customer's, and you have to make sure everything is super clean.
