Pros

If the management cares enough to enforce standards, you have a great place to work. I started with a great management team. They were there for each other and taught their employees to work hard. Everyone was held accountable for mistakes, but they were given a chance to fix issues.

Cons

Management that want to "just get by" can ruin your work experience. Management changed quickly, and this job became a stone around my neck weighing me down. People were not rewarded for working hard. People were not pushed to excel in their positions. Discipline was nonexistent because it was more important to keep turnover low than to keep morale high.
