Pros

The pay was good. That's about it.

Cons

They reward longevity over merit. Incredibly frustrating. I sat as the top ranked area coach in my region for months on end and was passed over for people with no college education and the inability to send out a memo without typos and atrocious grammar errors.

Pros

Taco Bell has a fantastic dollar menu, two dollar meal deals as well as new promotions every six weeks!!! AND ITS GETTING BETTER! Our menu is adding 3 new fabulous menu items in the next two months. If you love cilantro and the doritos tacos, your life is about to get better with new ingredients were adding. Taco Bell is extremely fast paste. Our lunch goal is 50 seconds to get your food out the window for lunch during the week. It is a fun, energetic, and the day goes so fast!

Cons

Multitasking employees are hard to come by. Nobody gets off on time, which is fine, everyone loves more money. Also, only one raise a year.

Typical Minimum Wage Poo

Pros

Easy to get hired Can be a social environment Good starter job for teenagers.

Cons

Managers play favoritism. They only pay minimum wage, and I believe the raises are yearly or something- I didnt make it that long. They schedule you based on their needs with no consideration of your other responsibilities (children, other jobs). They schedule people more hours than they want, while cutting others hours who need them. General laziness of most team members, as well as managers who think they dont have to work. High school like behavior- even from adults who should be way past that.
