Pros

No drug test, almost guaranteed employment if your looking at one that's understaffed, a good food policy, almost no possibility of getting fired unless you're just a person that never shows up

Cons

Along with the easy employment of being understaffed comes the unending stress of it. Being on the customer service side is one of the most stressful jobs I think I'll ever have.

Extra work for nothing

Pros

Flexible hours, ideal for someone in school or with a second job. Friendly workers

Cons

Your forced to do more work that you don't get extra pay for. Any raises you get are gone when a wage increase goes up so you repeated hit minimum wage no matter how long you've been there and no much you know/do.
