Pros

Taco Bell is staffed with great employees. Everyone works as a team. Better than anywhere else i have worked.

Cons

The only con is the long working hours. Many times i work at least 50 hourse a week. I know many other people that do the same.

Good, but not great

Pros

The hours are pretty flexible and, other than at rush times (lunch and dinner), it's relatively stress free. Lots of locations with different chain management so availability of positions and team leaders are pretty much always open.

Cons

Most of the management, other than the chain owners, are not looking to make a career out of the position so they tend to be pretty lack luster as far as leadership goes. Since it is a fast food restaurant, they hire lots of young adults who call out a lot which can leave you shorthanded on occasion.

Cons

Mangers sometimes yell at emloyees to hurry during lunch rush.
