Pros

Free food on lunch break.

Cons

You had to take abuse from customers. The manager was lazy. I had to work until closing which means a cashier not a janitor had to change garbage bags clean tables, sweep the lobby and mop. For minimum wage its not worth it. Want a janitor hire one they get paid over $10/hr

Pros

There are some strong franchisees in the system that are driving the brand performance. They are implementing a lot of technology.

Cons

There are a lot of dissatisfied people in upper level management positions, some of which are simply riding out their last years to retire. The culture over the past 3 years is to drive out good people and replace them with new people just for the sake of change and with little results to show from it.

Pros

They seem to work well with you on flexible scheduling. There is a lot of opportunity for growth within the company.

Cons

Sometimes it seems as if all they care about is the bottom line instead of taking care of its sites to enasure the best possible customer satisfaction.
