Pros

fun team members to be around, flexible schedule for time off. you can advance if you are motivated, but don't expect a raise until you 'prove' you can do the job(however long that may be).

Cons

Long hours, will take you several years of hard work to start making decent money. Most shift leaders make only a 1-1.50 over min. wage. with no benefits. once you are in upper management you can expect daily calls drilling you about any area you were not successful in the previous day.

Cons

Hours can be long. Upper mgmt needs to listen to RGMs more.

Pros

My store manager was a great guy. He was understanding and fun to work with. The company values in theory really concentrated on pleasing the customer. And for the most part the other crew members were fun to work with.

Cons

The shift leaders that I worked with were mostly older lifers and I feel that they were bitter toward the rest of the crew members who were only there while they were going to college. Even though I trained new employees I never got the title of trainer or a pay increase for it.
