Pros
For getting a first job. good experience. They will basically hire any at any time. its just that you need to be that person who applies at the perfect time. They do give you training. The interview was easy. They asked basic questions. they said that they will call back in a week to see if i got the job but they called back later the same day.
Cons
not good pay. Of course you would have to understand this. but only do this job for experience. get out in a couple months. they work on your ass like crazy so just be prepared to do some dirty work.
