Pros

It's a good place to start out in the job market, especially if you are willing to work weekends and nights. Good food and easy to learn procedures make Taco Bell an entry level job. If you want to move up in the company, all you have to do is be willing to work, and do it efficiently.

Cons

You're looking at a lot of fast paced work, and for some people this doesn't sound appealing. There are plenty of rushes at peak hours, and things can get intense. Especially if there are customers that expect more than you can give. Pressure, if not dealt with in the right way, can cause people to fray at the edges.

Pros

there is free food for the employees which is always good considering you can change what you eat all the time and never get tired of it. Most of the times it stays busy so you can be free of boredom which making food.

Cons

the repetiveness of a fast food restaraunt. It gets old making the same thing over and over again. the pay is not very good and you have angry customers all the time complaining about stupid things. The long night hours are bad for any life because you work till 3 in the morning.
