Cool Managers Rewards for Store Doing Well Keeps you busy Schedule flexibility if you can find people to cover your shifts

Minimum wage for Team Members, Shift leads barely made any more than us considering all the extra responsibility they had.

Pros

-Um... Taco Bell food? -Nice people (before they get bored with their job) -For teens, their starting rate isn’t bad -You can move up quickly

Cons

-False promises- you do not get a raise when they say you will -Overwork employees -They are too deadest onnnot givungbout health insurance, so they cut hours -Even though you move up fast, you pay lags behind you -They are far too reliant on shift leads pulling extra weight -Actually getting more money or hours gets to be about who you know and not the actual quality or uantity of your service.
