Pros

Good benefits Casual dress Diversity Free food Free drinks

Cons

Several attorneys who are difficult to work with, as they are demeaning to their staff. The firm is run more like a corporation than a law firm. Staff employees run the risk of being laid off for no fault of their own.

Pros

Interesting and challenging work available if you want it; associates will get experience early if they are eager and perform well.

Cons

The culture is toxic. The firm does not practice what it preaches when it comes to many subjects, including merit-based compensation and diversity and inclusion priorities. The firm retains non-productive attorneys far longer than it should, which results in overworking other attorneys.
