      “Unlimited PTO” that has stipulations.

      Cons

      There is no option for remote work and are adamently against the policy, it’s very uncomfortable to bring it up to management as you get immediately shot down. As a staffing company, the external recruiting processes for the external contractors is non existent. They are made to fill out an online questionnaire that may never get answered and are discouraged from reaching out to their recruiter. After many lay offs due to offshoring recruiter positions, it’s a very unstable environment and it could be the last day for any employee, no matter how successful they are.
