U get to meet different people

Cons

Managers are rude. You cant call in or u get yelled at or told that three other people call in and they need u. But when u get there everyone that was sxheduled to work is there. U bust ur butt of for them and it goes unnoticed... The cashiers get all tips even if they didnt do anything but ring aomeome up. They do not have to give ten percent to the cooks. Nobody is trained right and when u mess up because of it its ur fault. Nothing ever works right and thats ur fault to. U have to do alot of unnecessary things just to please the manager.

High volume, so even the smaller tips add up very quickly

Cons

Id give negative stars if I could. Usually in smaller airports so you're doing the job of 3 people at least. The management is subpar. The benefits might as well not exist. The company is clearly ran and owned by people who have never worked or served in bar/restaurant in their lives. Nothing about the company makes sense. And if you have an issue and file a report to HR, be ready to become unemployed. They only care about the management and not the actual employees doing all the heavy lifting.
