1) It is one of the Worst top Managements i have ever seen. And it is also the company where you would find many VP's and managers than the lower grade employees. 2) Never be apart of Lifescience domain because you never know what your role will be after joining. They even request Pharmacovigilance Functional expertise guys to write sql queries. Technical expertise need to prepare managers documents 3) There is no coordination between top management (VP Politics). 4) Finance department is also worst 5) Unnecessarily they ask you to work on weekends 6) There is no Project planning 7) Unnecessarily weekly meetings 8) Immediate Layoffs with out any reason.

My initial time with the company was good but since the management changed and things were taken over by Chennai, the company seems to be getting worse every year. There is absolutely no fairness and the employees are treated very badly. There were lay offs once every few months and job security was nil. There was pay cut across the company which was supposedly temporary but the pay was never restored. Overall the work load here is not very high but the company isn't doing so very well. It appears as though the company will either close in few years or will be sold to another buyer
